Dr. Maheshi – ADHD & ASD Specialist Psychiatrist
Dr. Maheshi is a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist specializing in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the private sector. With over 15 years of experience in psychiatry, she has worked extensively in both NHS and private settings, bringing a wealth of expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions.
Professional Background
Dr. Maheshi completed her medical degree in 2002 and embarked on her psychiatry training in 2005 with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She later moved to the East of England, Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in 2011, where she completed her higher psychiatry training in General Adult Psychiatry.
She became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 2010 and was added to the GMC specialist register in General Adult Psychiatry in 2014. Additionally, she was approved by the Secretary of State as a Section 12 approved doctor in 2011 and achieved Responsible Clinician status in 2013.
