Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know if you want to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 but more than 24 hours’ notice are usually charged at half price.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or non-attended appointments without prior notice, are charged at the full price.
